Judy Long, a native of Georgia, started Tillman Long Interiors after working with Alan Salzman Architects, Georgia Lighting and two interiors design firms in Atlanta. She approaches each project with a conscious consideration for three elements that are most important in ant setting: practicality, comfort, and fo course, beauty. Judy believes that the best design not only looks beautiful but it must function well and be practical for the client.
Tillman Long Interiors does both residential and commercial design projects. Our work is generally focused in the southeast with prmary and secondary homes in North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. We have done projects as far away as Ireland and the Bahamas.
The company has been an established design firm in Atlanta for over 20 years offering full-service to handle all aspects of the design and construction. We work very closely with builders and architect to create a unified team dedicated to achieving the individual client’s needs and desires.
After consulting with the client and pinpointing their perspective, we become involved in every aspect of the design process. We help with the selection of the finish materials for the walls, ceiling, floors, cabinets, countertops, lighting, plumbing and decorative hardware. We are also able to provide lighting and electrical plans.
Once a furniture plan is drawn, we help with the placement and selection of furniture, fabrics, rugs, decorative lighting, window treatments, artwork and accessories. We can provide a full service turn key installation.
